You may notice these and pass by, discuss the issue with your friends and family, or report the issue to the relevant authorities by calling a hotline or posting it on social networks. The latter methods are certainly more efficient, and the issues raised are much more likely to be addressed. CityBugs is a systematic and efficient platform where you can report issues and track them until they have been solved. There are three basic steps to get an issue solved:
Have you noticed a problem? Go to the CityBugs website at citybugs.am. Then register and click the “Add BUG” button. Document the issue on-site using your camera by uploading 1–3 photos or 1 video, select the appropriate category (healthcare, waste management, etc.), mark the issue location on the map, and add a description. The BUG is created. It becomes visible on the dynamic map and is accessible to everyone.
The issue needs to gain strong social visibility. Share the bug on social networks and involve people who, like you, care about the issue: neighbors, friends, and concerned residents.Interested users can register in the system and support you by clicking the support button ( ), leaving a comment, or sharing it on social networks. The relevant state authorities can also participate in the discussions by leaving comments. All data related to created Bugs is systematically provided to the responsible authorities, after which the substantive review of the issues begins.
By addressing the relevant authority, your raised issue will be processed and will receive a status: solved, unsolved or in progress. CityBugs allows you to track the issue and see how a relevant authority is solving it.
